As Branch Manager, my job is to review the accounts and/or customers at the Indianapolis branch. In most instances, I concentrate on those which are beyond terms. They are contacted by telephone and also sent letters requesting payment.

During those reviews, I occasionally overlook customers whose accounts are paid on a prompt basis, and never give us a payment problem.

Your account falls into that latter category. I wish to thank you for the fine manner in which your account is handled. It is a pleasure to have a customer like you on our books. If all customers paid as well as you, I might not have a job.
